Full retail sales can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase (or within 7 days of receipt with web and internet purchases) with a 10% re-stocking fee. Discounted, Sale Items and Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All candle and artwork sales are considered final and are not returnable or refundable. Antique Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable. In order to allow store credit, gift card credit or exchange, we require the original packaging slip or store receipt as well as the original packaging. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted. Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All Antique Accessories, Antique Furniture, Replica Furniture, Upholstery & Special Orders orders are considered a Final Sale and are not returnable or refundable.
24 Hour Approval
English Traditions allows our customer to take in-store items out on a 24 hour or next business day approval (all web and internet items are excluded). A valid credit card is required for all items taken on approval. After 48 hours all approval items are considered SOLD. Approval items include, but are not limited to, fabric swatches, books and samples.
Return By Mail
To return non-furniture items by mail, please contact English Traditions to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without a RMA will be refused and returned to the customer. Please CLEARLY MARK the RMA# on the outside of the package, insure it and send via traceable method to:

Damages During Delivery
We take great care in packaging orders but damage can happen during transit. If you received your order damaged, please call us at 513-321-4730 within 7 days of receipt. An English Traditions staff member will assist you with your claim. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
