In-Home Delivery of Furniture
Our 10% shipping and handling charge covers complete in-home delivery placed as you direct. We will carefully unpack, inspect and assemble each item (if necessary), then remove all packing materials. This applies to all items listed with "In-Home Delivery" throughout the website. Note that furniture and extremely heavy items may require an additional 8 to 12 weeks for custom production and delivery. To facilitate In- Home Delivery, please provide your street address and daytime telephone number (including area code) and contact Customer Service - info@englishtraditions.com or 1-513-321-4730 - regarding any issues that involve special handling (such as flights of stairs that may require additional charges). The shipping service will contact you directly to arrange the day and time of delivery. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday. The 10% shipping and handling charge applies only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. Please contact Customer Service for charges to Alaska, Hawaii, offshore islands not accessible by road and international locations. Payments: All charges will be made to credit cards, including state tax, where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not offer C.O.D. shipping. Checks are accepted from the trade, made payable to English Traditions. Orders will not be processed until checks are received. Regular Shipping: Shipping of in-stock items under $500 normally takes 10 to 14 business days with a 10% shipping charge. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately, this does not apply to furniture or oversized items. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays. Out of Stock Item Delivery: Special orders, items direct from manufacturers, lighting, candles, pillows & accessories, ship in 14 to 60 days if not sooner. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays. Special orders, European Furniture Collections shipping takes between 90 to 180 days and depends upon our container shipping agenda and customs clearance. Rush Shipping: Please call to inquire about shipping charges and to verify in-stock availability with item 1-513-321-4730. Rush shipping does not apply to furniture or oversized items. Furniture returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + shipping. Candles, Pottery, Glassware, Lamps & Accessories are not returnable. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and damage. Merchandise Returns from the English Traditions website with a Gift Receipt or Special Promotion may be exchanged for a product on the website for equal or lesser value. Any check returned by a bank for insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $75.00 service charge. |
